Boom goes the dynamite!  Ladies and Gentlemen, Pirates and Ninjas, Pimps and Hoes, Jocks, Cheerios and Glee geeks, the fall semester has officially kicked off!

Lush Rush and Pyromania begin Monday baby, and you’re invited to the best week you’ll ever partially remember!  Awesome parties, dirt-cheap specials, and awesome food and drinks to keep your newly Beijing acclimated bodies pumped and partying all week long!

• Selected Lush Cocktails (30rmb) – half off during happy hour!
• 40rmb buckets of Tsingdao (7 bottles)!

Pyro phones are working again!

Pick up that phone, dial 8286-6240 and order your pizza! After a couple brutal days, the phones are back in working order again, and just in time with Thursday’s delivery special of a large pizza at the price of a medium. So if you’ve been hankering for an awesome Pyro pizza, hot and straight to your door, we can’t wait to make that happen for you!

We’ll be waiting eagerly by the phone for your call, so don’t disappoint!

Each and every year for the last 7 years, the readers of Beijing’s biggest and best English language magazine nominate their favorite restaurants in Beijing across a few dozen categories.  This year, Lush has been nominated for Best Burger and Best Late Night Dining, and we want to win!

How can you help you ask?

I’m glad you did! Navigate over to http://www.thebeijinger.com/2011RestaurantAwards/index.html and cast your votes!  If you don’t have a favorite in every category, either vote for the name you like best or leave it blank and move on to the next category.  I’m guessing it needs to be at least half filled for your vote to count, but again, that’s only a guess.

Also, don’t forget to vote for our new store Gung Ho! Pizza.  They’ve been nominated for Best Pizza and Best New Restaurant, and we’d like to clean up with awards for both Lush and Gung Ho! Pizza.  Thank you to all of you for your continued support and for counting us amongst the best restaurants in all of Beijing! You guys are the best!

So, we have the standard pizzas, added in some specialty pizzas and we have our own awesome ideas for upcoming seasonal and new pie options… But, what we really want to know is what kind of pizza you all would like to see on Pyro’s menu?

Toss up some ideas in the comments and let us know what you guys would love to see in addition to all our awesome standards!  Who knows, maybe your pizza will become the next menu item, “Sexy Sadie’s Spicy Sausage” or something awesome like that.
